Quwat is helping its partners by solving their outreach challenge and aims to play an instrumental role in financial inclusion and empowerment of women and marginalized segments of society

Quwat Services Mobile App is the gateway to access and manage your account with Quwat.

Intended Users and User Information

Quwat app is intended to be used by members of the Quwat Retail Network, including Retailers, Franchisees, Sales Team and Supervisors.

Each user group has their respective functionalities to perform their day-to-day operations through the app and the required information is exchanged between the mobile app and management platform.

In order to perform the required functionalities, Quwat Services platform requires mandatory user information, which each user agrees to share at the time of account registration. This information includes detailed user profile including Name, Father’s name, Address, CNIC number, CNIC scan, photograph, business information such as business name, address, principal business activity, photos of premises and any other information as required from time to time.

Use of Information

By subscribing for the Quwat Services app, you agree to grant access of your device’s GPS location information to Quwat Services platform. This information, along with data captured from field including but not limited to customers’ CNIC numbers, names and transaction details shall be used for transaction processing, monitoring and reporting purposes.

You also agree and understand that the information about the transactions performed will be displayed within the application whenever an authorized user of Quwat requests to access it, both in the form of individual transactions as well as daily/weekly/monthly or annual reports.

Quwat will use the provided information for sales channel account management, performance monitoring and reporting purposes. The information provided by the users is treated as confidential information and all reasonable measures have been taken in order to maintain its safety and integrity.

User Account Information

Your user account information is stored in secure servers and is exclusively used to provide access to features and services within the application/platform. This information shall not be passed on to any third party (individuals or organizations) for any purpose. Quwat makes every effort and all reasonable measures to keep the user information secure. However, Quwat cannot guarantee avoidance of any malicious attempt/attack against the service and shall not assume responsibility for any such breach. Quwat shall inform its users in case any such breach or compromise takes place.

Information Disclaimer

Quwat makes no representation or warranties and shall not assume any responsibility for accuracy or correctness of data entered/collected by the users of this platform. The platform provides audit trail in order to trace the information captured by an individual user, who shall assume the exclusive responsibility for accuracy and/or correctness of information entered through the app.

For any disputes or complaints, the users are encouraged to contact the Quwat support center through app, web portal, email or call center. All such complaints, queries and/or disputes shall be attended by Quwat’s professional team and shall be communicated to all parties involved through the same communication medium.

The reports generated through the application and platform are meant for monitoring and effectively providing services to its users and customers. However, these reports shall not make evidence admissible in any court of law for any legal proceedings whether or not related to the use or data collected through the platform or application.

Quwat Services (Pvt) Ltd. Pakistan is the absolute and exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights for Quwat Services Platform. The Quwat Logo and product name are registered trademarks of Quwat Services (Pvt) Ltd and protected under the copyright laws of Pakistan.

Quwat reserves the right to change, amend, update and/or modify the user interface, frontend/backend functionality, graphical design and user call flows of the application and platform at its sole discretion and will and without any obligation to inform any individual or organization for prior consent and/or permission. No person or organization shall have any such right over the methods or functionalities of this service.
